2. Please provide the following information with your quotation:
   • your fee for the entire document (You may include your minimum hourly, page, and day rates, but these are not necessary.),
   • approximate time for completion,
   • starting date,
   • special fees, surcharges, work constraints, etc.
3. If you are interested in proofreading, please provide the same information in item #2 but for proofreading. Also,
   • you may bid for proofreading only, if you do not want to translate the document. Proofreaders must be native Cantonese speakers.
   • you may not proofread your own translated document.
